wedding Morning Guide

Timeline: I would communicate a timeline to everyone that’s at least 30 minutes earlier than the actual time to allow for delays, and any last minute situations.

Setup: I would spread out the room if space was available; hair + makeup in one area or room, food + drink and lounging in another. It will feel less stressful and if your photographer is doing morning of photos it will be a better backdrop.

Dresses: I would have all the dresses steamed the night before so that no one is putting their hair and makeup at risk by steaming it after it’s done.

Bridal Party: I would request everyone get ready together on site, or at a minimum arrive two hours prior to photos beginning. This saves the stress of people being late due to traffic or getting lost.
